OF AUGUST 25, 2011, MEETING WITH EXELON GENERATION COMPANY. LLC. TO DISCUSS THE LASALLE COUNTY STATION, UNITS 1 AND 2 SPENT FUEL POOL NEUTRON ABSORBERS INSERTS (TAC NOS.
ME6834 AND ME6835)
On August 25,2011, a Category 1 conference call public meeting was held among the U.S.
Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff and representatives of Exelon Generation Company. LLC (Exelon, the licensee) at NRC Headquarters, Two White Flint North, 11545 Rockville Pike, Rockville, Maryland. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the nuclear criticality analysis and the spent fuel pool neutron absorbers inserts for LaSalle County Station (LSCS). Units 1 and 2. Proprietary information was discussed during significant portions of the meeting. These portions of the meeting were closed to members of the public.
During the meeting the NRC staff clarified for the Exelon staff the request for additional information regarding the LSCS spent fuel pool neutron absorbers inserts issued on August 23, 2011. (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML112311226). In addition, the Exelon staff and the NRC staff discussed the restrictions of License Conditions 30, 31, and 32 of the LSCS operating license.

The public was invited to observe the meeting. No members of the public were in attendance.
