Dear Mr. Duncan:
This refers to the meeting conducted at our request at the Hartsville Public Library on August 25, 2011, at 2:00 p.m. The meetings purpose was to discuss your corrective actions associated with the Unplanned Scrams per 7000 Critical Hours performance indicator crossing the threshold from Green to White in the third quarter of 2010 and the three White Inspection findings that were documented in NRC Inspection Reports 05000261/2010006 and 05000261/2011008.
The topics discussed included reactor oversight process, the NRCs action matrix, the performance of the Robinson Nuclear Plant, licensee corrective actions, NRC Supplemental Inspections and NRC follow-up actions. Enclosed are a list of attendees (Enclosure 1) and the presentation handouts (Enclosure 2 and 3).
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter and its enclosure will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR) or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRC's Agencywide Document Access and Management System (ADAMS).
