Outside of Scope I . ..-ý The Units 2 & 3 Emergency Diesel Generator (EDGS) remained "Red" for the first quarter of 2010. Though performance has shown signs of improvement (no failures during the first quarter) the system is still susceptible to system failures due to reliability improvements not being implemented (two scheduled AOTs moved due to outage extension). The other drivers of system health are U3 being in a(1) status, overall performance and reliability being unacceptable and an open volume of ACE/RCE corrective actions. System is expected to improve to "Yellow" with continued positive performance and a subset of reliability
.... improvements implemented.
