Channel A RBM wa o4 is proved operable before continuing rod withdrawal with the "B" RBM bypa T] Issed for maintenance. Tech Spec 3.2.C.2, Table 3.2.C specifies that one 6

Cause was an improperly seated pin connector at Rod Select Matrix Panel.
I IConnector apparently worked loose over period of time due to inadvertent 12" Iphysical contact by personnel. Protective panel has been installed over T3 I pins, Pin connectors seated and panel tested. GE components.ILocking co 1 L nnectors have been installed to preclude recurrence.
