In a letter to NRC dated June 21, 2011 (reference), TVA responded to NRC staff comments on developmental versions of the Unit 2 TS and TS Bases. TVA's June 21 letter provided only the affected pages that were changed by Developmental Revision F of the TS and TS Bases.
In response to a request from NRC staff, this letter provides a complete version of Developmental Revision F of the TS and the TS Bases in Enclosures 1 and 2, respectively.
There have been no changes from the information provided by the referenced letter.
