- Fred, I may have misspoken earlier when I said that we intended to remove all references to 10 CFR 50, Appendix J. There are other places within Section 6.2.6 that contain references to 10CFR50, Appendix J where it is appropriate to do so. A105 will only remove the phrase from Note 3 on Page 6.2.6-20 unless Engineering during their review of my package identifies another place that needs removal before A105 is submitted. Just wanted to clarify that point.
Actually, I believe one of your reviewers identified this oversight. Justin and/or Pat passed along to Bill and/or Bob.

- Fred, Yes, we intended to remove all references to 10 CFR 50, Appendix J. In Amendment 104, we removed this phrase in three places earlier in Section 6.2.6. (two places on Page 6.2.6-3 and once on Page 6.2.6-4). This phrase on Page 6.2.6-20 was overlooked but it will be removed in Amendment 105. In fact, I drafted a change package yesterday to be included in A105 to do just that.
I am sorry for the oversight.

WBN Unit 2 FSAR Amendment 104 Question Rickey, Im looking at Open Item 47 in Enclosure 1 to TVAs letter dated June 7, 2011. The reference to Appendix J was supposed to be removed from the FSAR in Amendment 104.
If I go to FSAR Table 6.2.6-3, page 6.2.6-20, I see that Note 3 still references 10 CFR 50, Appendix J.
Did you all overlook this reference when you processed Amendment 104? Thanks, Fred (301-415-2296)
