I customarily call, leave a message if no one answers the call, and send the information below, to minimize the need for note taking. Please accept the following information for the purpose of the State Consultation pertaining to license amendments for the Kewaunee Power Station..

Pursuant to 10CFR5O.91(b), State Consultation, I am notifying you that the NRC is currently processing an amendment (internally identified at this time as TAC Number ME4319) for the Kewaunee Power Station (KPS).

The NRC staff has determined that the amendment request involves no significant hazards consideration.

The amendment approves the Cyber Security Plan (CSP) and associated implementation schedule for the KPS, and revises the license condition regarding physical protection for KPS to reflect such approval. The amendment specifies that the licensee fully implement and maintain in effect all provisions of the Commission-approved CSP as required by 10 CFR 73.54. The amendment is part of a coordinated effort affecting all licensed nuclear power plants. The KPS application for amendment was part of a Dominion fleet submittal that included Millstone Units 2 and 3 in Connecticut, and North Anna Units 1 and 2 and Surry Units 1 and 2, the latter all in Virginia The current amendment is in response to application by Dominion Resources Services, Inc. on behalf of its fleet plants dated November 20, 2009 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS)

Accession No. ML093360245), as supplemented by letters dated July 12, 2010 , August 5, 2010, September 23, 2010, November 10, 2010, December 13, 2010, April 4, 2011 and May 17, 2011 (ADAMS Accession Nos.

ML102010090, ML102210287, ML102670641, ML103160422, ML103160423, ML103560082, ML111960676, and ML11143A063, respectively).

The supplements did not expand the scope of the application and did not change the Commissions proposed no significant hazards consideration determination as it appeared in 75 FR 68834 (the Federal Register Notice specifically for Kewaunee).

You may contact me if you have any comments on this amendment.
