On May 11, 2011, NRC Bulletin 2011-01: Mitigating Strategies, Reference (1) was issued in order to confirm continued compliance with 10 CFR 50.54(hh)(2).

As requested, R.E. Ginna Nuclear Power Plant LLC (Ginna LLC) provided the 30 day response, Reference (2).The Attachment to this letter forwards the response requested within 60 days of the date of the Bulletin to provide information regarding mitigation strategies programs for 10 CFR 50.54(hh)(2).

The Attachment to this letter contains Security-Related information that should be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR 2.390. The pages have been marked accordingly with the notation "Security-Related Information
