Addressees are required to provide a written response to the NRC in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(f).
In Bulletin 2011-01, the NRC required licensees to submit a written response within 30 days of the date of the Bulletin. NextEra Energy Duane Arnold, LLC (NextEra) provided that response in Reference 2.
The enclosure to this letter provides the required 60 day response regarding mitigation strategies programs for 10 CFR 50.54(hh)(2). The attachment to this letter contains Security-Related information that should be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR 2.390.
