Brunswick Steam Electric Plant, Unit 2 Renewed Facility Operating License No. DPR-62 Docket No. 50-324 Cycle 20 Startup Report Ladies and Gentlemen:
In accordance with the Brunswick Steam Electric Plant (BSEP) Updated Final Safety Analysis Report (UFSAR), Section 13.4.2.1, "Startup Report," Carolina Power & Light Company (CP&L), now doing business as Progress Energy Carolinas, Inc., is submitting the enclosed Brunswick Unit 2, Cycle 20 Startup Report. The report is required as a result of the first loading of AREVA ATRIUM 1 OXM fuel during the Spring 2011 refueling outage.
