I dont understand why you appear to have eliminated 295027 from T1G1 for this exam outline for RO but not SRO, also did not include note on why you did not include it in the sample. Previous outlines (2009 and 2008 had notes that stated that CNS does not have MK 3 containment therefore this topic is not applicable). Which is it?
Topic 95027 should have had a note in the 401-4 that stated that Cooper was not a Mark III containment and should have been removed from both RO and SRO samples (ie clerical error).
2 Many K/A statements are incomplete in the outlines. You can abbreviate but need to have the core components of the K/A statement in this field of the outline.

3 RCIC has been oversampled on the past two exams (ie in T2G1 RO exam it was sampled twice for 2008, 2009, and on this exam). Remove one of the RCIC topics from this Tier/Group.

4 In T2/G2 for SRO it appears that the topic 29002 Rx vessel internals was not used/sampled. Why?
Their answer: The program they used to generate the sample plan included 290003 Control Room HVAC and 290002 Reactor Vessel Internals; however since they were not selected they failed to copy them over to the 401-1 form. They should have been listed, and not used. From all of their records this was an error carried forward on all the 401-1 form revisions generated following that date.

Control Room / In-Plant System JPM Outline (Date)

JPM a. is coded as an E for in-plant but is actually a simulator JPM, I believe.
What is correct coding for this JPM?

2 JPMs b, e, and g are not coded as S for simulator or C for control room but are in the simulator section, not the in-plant section. What is correct coding for these JPMs?

CNS has been using the APRM/LPRM failure too much for inst failures over the past two exams plus this exam has one in each of the three scenarios submitted.
You need to come up with some different instrument failures for at least two of the three scenarios because this is getting to be predictable.

2 Recommend putting the TS code on the ES-D1 page for applicable events.
Done.
3 Scenario 2 has only 1 TS call, needs a second one. We will need a different I/C failure to fix this, also.

4 Scenario 1 event 4, is this a TS call or not?

5 Send me a list of all malfunctions/over-rides and all component and inst failures from the simulator library file that CNS is capable of doing.
Reply from Brian Widdell is that CNS can override all instruments on the panels and he will be sending me a list of malfunctions this week. Done.
