Your Application dated May 3, 2011 - Request for a Change to Quality Assurance Plan - TACs ME6226 and ME6227 Rob:
We are in the process of reviewing the subject application requesting approval for changes to the Quality Assurance Plan. The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff will require additional information to complete its review. This message was conveyed during the conference call with Luminant Generation Company LLC (Luminant) staff on June 29, 2011.
The Request for Additional Information (RAI) will be forwarded to you in next couple of weeks.
The results of the NRC staff evaluation will be formally transmitted to Luminant after completion of the review.
