Letter from D. G. Eisenhut to All Licensees of Operating Plants and Applicants for Operating Licenses and Holders of Construction Permits (Generic Letter 81-27), dated July 9, 1981 Per your request in the July 9, 1981, letter entitled "Privacy and Proprietary Material in Emergency Plans," Wisconsin Public Service Corporation is submitting the enclosed emergency plan implementing procedures with private or proprietary material eliminated. The previous submittals (February 27, 1981, and June 3, 1981) included home phone numbers which should not be released to the public.
Please compare the enclosed procedures with those previously submitted and verify that no names or private phone numbers have been released to the NRC Public Document Rooms.
The Public Information Emergency Response Plan, which was included in the February 27 submittal for information purposes, is primarily a call list and should, therefore, be withheld from the Public Document Room in its entirety.
