dated June 22, 1981 Keppler to E. R. Mathews Pursuant to 10 CFR Appendix E, Wisconsin Public Service Corporation hereby submits ten copies of the Kewaunee Nuclear Power Plant Radiological Emergency Response Plan Implementing Procedures, attached. By copy of this letter, three copies of these procedures are hereby submitted to Mr. James G. Keppler, Director, U. S. NRC, Region III, Glen Ellyn, Illinois.
As a result of our NRC Emergency Preparedness Inspection, we had committed to develop and implement several additional emergency procedures; see referenced letter, items 5 and 6. During our review of Emergency Plan Implementing Procedures (EPIP's) we have decided that certain other activities had to be written into these procedures, and other non-emergency procedures had to be converted into emergency implementing procedures.
The attached index represents the total set of EPIP's that will be developed.
As of this date, only those procedures committed to in the reference letter have been completed. We expect to have completed the development of the remaining procedures listed in the index within 60 days.
The procedures attached do not supersede any previous EPIP's.sent to you, but rather are additional procedures.
In the next submittal, we will issue 8108310584 810825 PDR ADOCK 05000305 F
PDR.
