Portable diesel-fired pressure washer, Butterworth Model 61ODT powered by a 1 77hp Cummins Model 6BTA5.9 engine manufactured in 1994.

Consequently, you are obligated to provide all requested data by the due date. This data is also requested under the authority of the Air Toxics Hot Spots program. Diesel Fuel Oil Sulfur Content and BTU Values 2009 Monthly Operating Logs for Permitted Stationary Emergency Diesel Generators DCPP Emergency Diesel Generators (DCPP EDGs) are fueled with CARB Ultra Low Sulfur (ULS) diesel fuel oil in accordance with conditions of APCD Permit-To-Operate (PTO) 919-3, and to meet the requirements of Title 17 California Code of Regulations (CCR) Section 93115.5.
Representative analyses of the fuel burned in the DCPP EDGs during 2009 are attached. These analyses indicate the sulfur content of fuel added to the EDG fuel tanks was less than 0.001%.

Dear Mr. Wessel,
Analytical testing is complete on the red-dyed #2 diesel fuel sample. The sample was submitted in a gallon container on April 13, 2009. The sample container of DFO Truck Composite dated 4-09-09 was received in good condition. Testing was perforrned in accordance to ASTM standard D975-81 specification stated in your letter dated February 17, 2009 with the exception of ASTM D-1796 Water & Sediment, D-4176 Clear and Bright and D-1500 Color, were omitted from the testing in accordance with the annotated Appendix 13,1 attachlment enclosed with your letter. Test results are shown in the attached summary table.
Testing was performed from April 14-20, 2009 in accordance to the listed method with no deviations or modifications. Sample aliquots were taken in accordance with the listed test procedure and precision of the test should be consistent with stated liniits in the test procedure. The data reported pertains only to the sample received by Southwest Research Institute and represents only sampling of this batch. This report shall not be reproduced except in full without the expiess written pennission of Southwest Research Institute.
These tests complied with our Controlled Document for the Analysis of Fuel Oils and Lubricants from Commercial Nuclear Power Plants, PPRD Nuclear (Revision 4), This plan complies with our PQP-Nuclear, Revision 2, which meets the requirements invoked by your purchase order. Analytical testing is complete on the red-dyed N2 diesel fuel sample. The sample identified as:
DFO Composite Sample dated 11/05/09/0840 was received November 9, 2009 in a gallon container and in good condition. Testing was performed from November 16-20, 2009 with no deviations or modifications. Tests results are shown in the attached summary report.
Reference:
PPRD WO#t 50115 Testing was performed in accordance to standard test methods D975-81 specification plus EN14078 FAME Content included with your letter dated November 5, 2009 with the exception of Water. & Sediment ASTM D-1796, Clear & Bright D-4176, and Color D-1500, were omitted from the list of testing in accordance with the annotated attachment enclosed with your letter.
Precision should be consistent with that stated in the test procedures. The analysis pertains only to the sample received by Southwest Research Institute and represents only sampling of this batch. This report shall not be reproduced except in full without the express written permission of Southwest Research Institute.
This letter report serves as a Certificate of Compliance.
Quality assurance was in accordance with our Controlled Document for the Analysis of Fuel Oils and Lubricants from Commercial Nuclear Power Plants, PPRD Nuclear (Revision 4). This plan complies with our PQP-Nuclear, Revision 2, which meets the requirements invoked by your purchase order.
