TVA letter to NRC dated March 28, 2011, Watts Bar Nuclear Plant (WBN) Unit 2 - Response to Request for Additional Information Regarding Mitigation Strategy Assessments and Closure Process for Phases 1, 2, and 3 TVAs letter to NRC dated March 28, 2011 (Reference 2) provided a response to the NRCs letter to TVA dated February 18, 2011 (Reference 1).
