Docket 50-305 Operating License DPR-43 Letter from Mr. Varga to Mr. Mathews Enclosed please find the information referenced letter.
dated October 14, 1980 requested in the attachment to the above In response to Item 1 of the attachment you will find full size copies of the following prints:
A204, A210, X-KlOO-28 and S-237. Drawing A204 shows the location of the ECCS recirculation sump (Sump "B") in the containment building.
The general arrangement of components inside containment and the relative position of the recirculation sump to the RHR pumps is shown on A210. Details of Sump B and the sump screens are shown on S-237, Section 1-1, Section 2-2, and Detail C, Section 15-15 respectively. X-KlOO-28 is the flow diagram of the suction side of the recirculation flow path.
In response to Item 2 of the referenced letter, attached describing the insulation as requested. It is important insulation described is a rigid type of insulation which tendency to block flow to the recirculation sump.
