BYRON STATION, UNIT NOS. 1 AND 2 - CORRECTION TO ISSUANCE OF LICENSE AMENDMENT NO. 171, RE: TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION (TS)
CHANGE FOR THE RELOCATION OF SPECIFIC SURVEILLANCE FREQUENCY REQUIRMENTS BASED ON TSTF-425 (TAC NOS. ME3368 AND ME3369)
Dear Mr. Pacilio:
By letter dated February 24,2011 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML110060811), the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) issued Amendment No. 171 to Facility Operating License No. NPF-37 and Amendment No. 171 to Facility Operating License No. NPF-66. After issuance, it became apparent a revision bar to the revised NOTE contained in surveillance requirement (SR) 3.3.1.8 had been omitted.
Enclosed is the corrected TS page 3.3.1-11. This error did not impact Amendment No. 171 as this is an administrative correction and does not change the NRC staff conclusions.
