Dear Mr. Burton:
This refers to the meeting conducted at your request at the NRC Region II Office on May 9, 2011, at 10:00 a.m. The meetings purpose was for Harris Nuclear Plant to discuss the Human Performance Improvement Plan and introduce new members of the Harris management staff.
The topics discussed included Site Human Performance, Maintenance Human Performance, Operational Focus, Equipment Reliability, and Public Health and Safety. Enclosed are a list of attendees (Enclosure 1) and the presentation handouts (Enclosure 2).
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter and its enclosures will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR) or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRC's Agencywide Document Access and Management System (ADAMS).
