Dear Mr. Duncan:
This refers to the meeting conducted at your request at the NRC Region II Office on May 11, 2011, at 10:00 a.m. The meetings purpose was for H. B. Robinson Steam Electric Plant Unit 2 personnel to discuss your Performance Improvement Plan and introduce new members of the Robinson management staff.
The topics discussed included the leadership team, performance overview, immediate actions, GAP analysis, path forward, and strategic improvement plan. Enclosed are a list of attendees (Enclosure 1) and the presentation handouts (Enclosure 2).
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter and its enclosure will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR) or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRC's Agencywide Document Access and Management System (ADAMS). ADAMS is accessible from the NRC Web site at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html (the Public Electronic Reading Room).
