To the best of my knowledge these are the current I&C RAI statistics based on Todays matrix update. We received 2 new questions and an expansion of 1 existing item (in 23 parts) from the NRC last week.

331 Closed 54 Total Open Items Broken down as follows:

32 NRC Review 3 New TVA/WEC questions on WINCISE in 35 parts Responses to 12 parts in 5/6/11 letter.

2 Follow up TVA/Bechtel questions on RM-1000 qualification Responses in 5/6/11 letter 11 TVA/WEC/GA-ESI/Bechtel Conformance of Common Q PAMS and RM-1000 to the latest revisions of Reg. Guides and IEEE Standards and update of FSAR Table 7.1-1. Partial responses to 3 items and complete responses to 5 items in 5/6/11 letter.

1 New identify how the ICS communication links meet the quality requirements of 10CFR50.55a(a)(1) (M. Norman TVA) Response in 5/6/11 letter.

1 LPMS in-containment components meet vibration requirements of RG 1.133. Response in 5/6/11 letter.

1 Follow up to identify how TVA EMC program meets the requirements of RG 1.180 (R. Brehm TVA) Response in 5/6/11 letter.

1 Open pending submittal of FSAR Amendment 104 to correct WCAP-13859 revision to rev. 1. Ready to submit.

1 TVA Oversight Review (pending closure of I&C matrix) 1 TVA Engineering to issue revised Control Room dose calculation WBNAPS3-126 scheduled June 2011 385 Total I&C RAI Matrix Items
