By letters dated December 15, 2010 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS), Accession Nos. ML103560596 and ML103560597), Luminant Generation Company, LLC (Luminant), submitted Relief Requests (RRs) B10 and B-11 for Comanche Peak Nuclear Power Plant, Unit 1.
In order to complete its review of the licensees submittal, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff needed additional information. The Draft request for additional information (RAI) was transmitted via e-mail on May 6, 2011. A conference call was held on May 16, 2011 to discuss/clarify the RAI. Mr. Jack Hicks of Luminant agreed to provide the response within 30 days from the date of this e-mail. A copy of the RAI is attached. Please consider these RAIs as formal.
