- Diane, By letter dated March 29, 2011 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML110950659), Wolf Creek Nuclear operating Company (WCNOC) submitted to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) the 2011 Decommissioning Funding Status (DFS) report for the Wolf Creek Generating Station, as required under Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Part 50, paragraph 50.75(f)(1).
The NRC staff has reviewed the information provided by WCNOC in the 2011 DFS report for the Wolf Creek Generating Station and has determined that the additional information requested in the attachment to this e-mail message is needed to complete our review. In order to complete our review in a timely manner, please submit your response to the attached request for additional information (RAI) by June 10, 2011. Please contact me if WCNOC would like to have a conference call to discuss this RAI.
