NRC INSPECTION REPORT 05000285/2011007 - ATTACHMENTS
Dear Mr. Bannister:
On May 5, 2011, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) issued the subject inspection
report. As stated in that report, the seven supplements referred to in the preliminary risk
assessment were withheld from public disclosure in accordance with Section 2.390(d) of Title 10
of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR 2.390). These attachments are enclosed.
Should you have any questions regarding these attach supplements or their relationship to the
subject inspection report, please contact me at (817) 860-8161.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRCs Rules of Practice, a copy of this letter will be
available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the
Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of the NRCs document system, ADAMS.
ADAMS is accessible from the NRC website at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html (the
Public Electronic Reading Room). However, because of the security-related concerns
contained in the enclosure, and in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390, a copy of this letters
enclosure will not be available for public inspection.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390(b)(1)(ii), the NRC is waiving the affidavit requirements for
your response, if any. This practice will ensure that your response will not be made available
