Enclosed is a copy of the Off-Site Dose Calculation Manual (ODCM), which includes changes made during the period of January 1, 2010, through December 31, 2010, for H. B. Robinson Steam Electric Plant (HBRSEP), Unit No. 2. This report is submitted in accordance with HBRSEP, Unit No. 2, Technical Specifications (TS) Section 5.5.1.c.3. This is a supplement to the 2010 Annual Radioactive Effluent Release Report, which is provided in a separate letter and includes a description of the ODCM changes made during 2010.
