Dear Mr. Krich:
Thank you for your reply dated March 31, 2011, to the subject Non-Cited Violation issued on January 28, 2011, concerning activities conducted at your facility. This acknowledges receipt of your letter in which you disputed non-cited violation (NCV)05000390/2010005-03, Failure to Use Worst Case 6900 VAC Bus Voltage in Design Calculations. We will review the information you provided when assessing the disputed violation.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRCs "Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter and its enclosure will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRCs document system (ADAMS).
