Fire Protection Report - Side by Side Comparison Issue Duringthepublicmeetingon3/29/11regardingtheFireProtectionReport,theNRC(ChuckMoulton)madeacomment regardingthesidebysidecomparisonversionofthereportattachedtotheMarch16,2011letter.Thecomparison documentstoppedafterPartIITable14.6anddidnotincludeTables14.7,14.8,14.9and14.10.
TVAhasresearchedtheissueandhasdiscoveredthatwhencomparisonsaredoneusingAdobe,thesidebyside comparisondoesnotshowpageswhichareunchanged.TheTables14.7thru14.10wereunchangedfromtheversion submittedinJanuaryandthusdonotshowupinthesidebysidecomparison.ThesameeffectisseenbetweenPartII pages120and127.
Sincethisisnotanerror,wewillnotresubmitthe3/16/11FPRsidebysidecomparison.Inallfuturesubmittals transmittingacomparisondocument,wewillincludeastatementtoalertthereadertothisattributeofthedocument.
WearestillresearchingtheothertextreferredtointheRAIresponsethatappearstobemissingfromtheFPRandwill letyouknowshortlythereasonfortheomissionandaplanforcompleteresolution.WewillbeinitiatingaPERonthis issue.
