Please provide the letter agreed to in todays meeting with TVA management based on the information shown below:

- 1. Revise the GA-ESI Commercial Grade Dedication procedure to require multiple dedication methods be utilized for complex CGI and CGI for digital safety class systems. The request is to perform this action within 2 weeks.
- 2. Prepare an action plan to address the CGI used in the WBN Unit 2 safety-related digital monitors. Due date for completion of actions is 9/1/11
- a. Ensure that the CGD process for the CGI used in them uses multiple dedication methods as required by EPRI-TR-106439
- 3. Provide the action plan and commitment for procedure revisions, in a formal letter addressed to Mr. S.
A. Hilmes, Tennessee Valley Authority, due today.
