Perry Nuclear Power Plant Docket No. 50-440, License No. NPF-58 Withdrawal of 10 CFR 50.55a Requests IR-001 (TAC No. ME5375) and IR-012 (TAC No. ME5382)
By letter dated January 24, 2011 (Accession No. ML110320065), the FirstEnergy Nuclear Operating Company (FENOC) submitted nine separate 10 CFR 50.55a requests associated with the Perry Nuclear Power Plant Inservice Inspection Program.
As discussed during a teleconference between FENOC and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) on February 16, 2011, and recommended by NRC letter dated March 4, 2011 (Accession No. ML110560694), FENOC hereby withdraws 10 CFR 50.55a Requests IR-001 and IR-012.
There are no regulatory commitments contained in this letter.
