SUMMARY

OF TELEPHONE CONFERENCE CALLS HELD ON MARCH 29 AND 31, 2011, BETWEEN THE U.S. NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION AND STP NUCLEAR OPERATING COMPANY, CONCERNING REQUESTS FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION PERTAINING TO THE SOUTH TEXAS PRO..IECT, UNITS 1 AND 2, LICENSE RENEWAL APPLICATION The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC or the staff) and representatives of STP Nuclear Operating Company (STPNOC or the applicant) held a telephone conference call and a follow-on call on March 29 and 31, 2011, respectively, to discuss and clarify the staff's requests for additional information (RAls) concerning the South Texas Project, Units 1 and 2, license renewal application. The telephone conference calls were useful in clarifying the intent of the staff's RAls. provides a listing of the participants and Enclosure 2 contains a listing of the RAls discussed with the applicant.
