This letter confirms a Category 1 public meeting which has been scheduled for April 14, 2011, at 5:00 p.m. (EST). The enclosed meeting notice provides additional details. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the NRC Reactor Oversight Process Annual Assessment of your Shearon Harris Nuclear Plant.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRCs Rules of Practice, a copy of this letter and its enclosure will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR) or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRCs Agency wide Document Access and Management System (ADAMS). The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the NRC Reactor Oversight Process Annual Assessment of Shearon Harris Nuclear Plant Unit 1. The Annual Assessment Letter is accessible from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRC's document system (ADAMS) (ML100621025) or http://www.nrc.gov/NRR/OVERSIGHT/ASSESS/LETTERS/har_2010q4.pdf The NRC's Policy Statement, "Enhancing Public Participation in NRC Meetings," effective May 28, 2002, applies to this meeting.
