ACCEPTANCE FOR REVIEW OF TRAVELER TSTF-522, REVISION 0, REVISE VENTILATION SYSTEM SURVEILLANCE REQUIREMENTS TO OPERATE FOR 10 HOURS PER MONTH (TAC NO. ME3633)

Dear Members of the TSTF:

By letter dated March 30, 2010 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML100890316), you submitted Traveler TSTF-522, Revision 0, to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff for review and approval.

Section 170.21 of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations requires that TRs are subject to fees based on the full cost of the review. You did not request a fee waiver; therefore, NRC staff hours will be billed accordingly.

The NRC staff has completed a preliminary review of your submission and determined it is sufficiently complete and appropriate to initiate a more comprehensive review. The review of Traveler TSTF-522, will generally follow the schedule below.
