- Brian, I have looked at what Ken came up with for OC phase 1 and it looks good. I have one question that should be crafted into an RAI.
Page 18 FZ OB-FZ-1OA - in the third paragraph they discuss "an enhancement." We need clarity as to whether that enhancement is part of their DID analysis -if so then it should be a commitment. Or if not, why non-full area detection suppression is acceptable for their hazards?
They can't leave this hanging out there.
Please create a concurrance package for this one using Ken's input, and any additional comments you have on his input.
