oyster creek exemption request Date: Thursday, March 12, 2009 5:10:04 PM this request claims to be for OMAs that we have approved already. They provide information enoough that we should accept this exemption request, but it will take some time to verify that they were pre approved. I believe that we must verify the prior approvals and need documentation, which is not provided.

The licensee references documents to say they were prior approved but we need to see the prior approvals. Whether the PM can convince the licensee to send electronic documents or we have to take a lot of time using ADAMS/microfiche (billable hours so it is in the licensees interest to send them). There are no OMAs with a short time required for accomplishment. Other information seems adequate but I would not rule out an exemption request. The 200 hours0.00231 days
0.0556 hours
3.306878e-4 weeks
7.61e-5 months
or so should be plenty.
