LASALLE COUNTY STATION, UNITS 1 AND 2-CORRECTION TO WITHDRAWAL OF LICENSE AMENDMENT REQUEST CONCERNING THE EXTENSION OF THE TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION COMPLETION TIME FOR STANDBY LIQUID CONTROL (TAC NOS. ME3437 AND ME3438)
Dear Mr. Pacilio:
By letter to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) dated February 22, 2010 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML100550582), Exelon Generation Company, LLC submitted a request to amend the Technical Specifications (TSs) to extend the COMPLETION TIME for Condition B of TS 3.1.7 for the Standby Liquid Control System from 8 to 72 hours8.333333e-4 days <br />0.02 hours <br />1.190476e-4 weeks <br />2.7396e-5 months <br /> for LaSalle County Station, Units 1 and 2.
In a letter dated February 22,2011 (ADAMS Accession No. ML110540146), Exelon requested that the submittal be withdrawn. As a result, the NRC staff issued a Notice of Withdrawal of Application for Amendment to Facility Operating License in the Federal Register on March 4, 2011 (76 FR 12140).
After issuance it became apparent that the description of the application withdrawn was not correct. A corrected notice to reflect the withdrawn application will be filed with the Office of the Federal Register for publication.
