March 3, 2011 Byron Unit 1 - Supplemental Document Request to Support Baseline ISI inspection procedure 71111.08.
Please provide the inspector (Atif Shaikh) with the following documents at the on-site inspection entrance meeting scheduled for March 16, 2011. Additionally, please provide scaffolding, fall protection, and FME training for the inspector to support observation of NDE examinations.
