KEWAUNEE POWER STATION LICENSE AMENDMENT 207, IMPROVED TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS, IMPLEMENTATION By letter dated February 02, 2011 (Reference 1), the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) issued Amendment No. 207 to the Kewaunee Power Station (KPS) Operating License DPR-43. Amendment No. 207 approved conversion of the KPS Custom Technical Specifications to the Improved Technical Specifications (ITS) format. In this letter, the NRC requested Dominion Energy Kewaunee, Inc. (DEK) submit a letter within 14 days after complete implementation of the ITS stating that ITS implementation is complete.

This letter constitutes DEK's response to the above request. Implementation of the KPS ITS was completed on February 12, 2011.

There are no regulatory commitments contained in this letter and no response is requested from the NRC. If there are any questions, or if additional information is required, please contact Mr. Craig D. Sly at (804) 273-2784.
