Steve, Here are the dates in which documents would be APPROVED in our document control system (EDMS) per Norbert's request. These are not the dates in which we will be transmitting them to TVA as is takes 2-3 days to complete the necessary release (Application for Withholding, etc.) paperwork before we can transmit them to TV A Norbert required documents

• PAMS - System Requirements Specification Rev 4 approved in EDMS

)- We will have this in approved EDMS by February 9, 2011

)- NO OPEN ISSUES are identified for this document

• PAMS System Design Specification Rev 4 approved in EDMS

)- We will have this in approved EDMS by February 9, 2011

)- NO OPEN ISSUES are identified for this document

• Software Requirements Specification Rev 4 approved in EDMS
