Responses to the following items have been provided. The NRC reviewer has changed ownership back to TVA/WEC. We are unable to determine what action is required by TVA/WEC to close these items.
- 1. Items 043 and 244:
NNC 2/2/11: Issues with Common Q TR & SPM compliance were discussed in the weekly public
2 meetings. Westinghouse to perform Common Q TR & SPM compliance self assessment; this will be discussed in detail on the next audit.
- 2. Items 245, 246 and 251:
NNC 2/2/11: Issues with the Common Q TR & SPM were discussed in the weekly public meetings.
Westinghouse to perform Common Q TR & SPM compliance self assessment.
We think the self assessment report will be reviewed during the audit.
- 3. Item 041 NNC 2/3/11: At next audit compare & discuss:
(1) WNA-PT-00058-GEN Rev. 0 (2) WNA-PT-00138-WBT Rev. 0 (3) AP1000 STP Since there is no request to submit the results of the WEC self assessment, it appears the plan to close the preceding items will be by NRC audit. If this is the case, then we suggest the items remain NRC action items until such time as there is a request to which TVA can respond.
