Dear Mr. Schwarz:
Thank you for your letter dated January 10, 2011, in response to our November 12,
2010, letter and Notice of Violation 05000313/2010004-05 and 05000368/2010004-05
(EA 10-233) concerning the failure of plant personnel to appropriately implement the
requirements of station procedures for foreign material exclusion controls in areas designated
as Zone 1 foreign material exclusion areas. We have reviewed your reply and find it responsive
to the concerns raised in our Notice of Violation. We will review the implementation of your
corrective actions during a future inspection to determine that full compliance has been
achieved and will be maintained.
