F-A / F1.30C Found within working range for all load cases. Support Summary # N1 .F1.30.601 found acceptable Pipe restraint 6-CC-397 / R- Clearances found out of 376 tolerance. CR394552 F-A / F1.30B evaluated support, found Summary # N1.F1.30.597 acceptable.

1-CH-P-2B Excessive inactive boric acid at bolting, evaluated per D-B / D2.10 CR392333, no degradation.

Acceptable for continued 1 -PT-302CH service.
