With this letter, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Ltd. ("MHI") transmits to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission ("NRC") an official document entitled 'US-APWR DCD Chapter 15.6.5 SBLOCA Markups'. MHI provides this document in relation to the M-RELAP5 code modification described in Reference 1, as agreed between the NRC and MHI. It is noted that the draft markups related to this code modification were previously submitted to the NRC in Reference 2. The markups enclosed with this letter are to be involved in the next official revision of the US-APWR Design Control Document (DCD).
