Dear Mr. Gillespie:

This letter is to inform you of a Category 1 public meeting which has been scheduled for January 26, 2011, at 1:30 p.m. Eastern Time (ET). The enclosed meeting notice provides additional details. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the Yellow and White findings previously identified at the Oconee Nuclear Station and the corrective actions taken.
