To the best of my knowledge these are the current I&C RAI statistics based on Todays matrix update.
Submittal of the Response letter on December 22, and FSAR Amendment 102 on December 17 enabled us to move a large number of items to NRC Review status. Unfortunately, there were items that we were unable to complete. On the positive side, we were able to address three new open items that were added in the last NRC update.
Known Open Issues:
- 1. Preliminary review of RM-1000 monitor qualification documents found deficiencies that must be resolved by General Atomics before Civil ESQ can complete their two items and the documents can be submitted.
- 2. Deficiencies identified with multiple Common Q documents will require them to be resubmitted. We have requested the revisions be added to the Westinghouse Common Q Licensing Document Schedule.
- 3. WEC was unable to provide environmental qualification information for the LPMS softline cable and charge converter/preamplifier before the letter went out.
- 4. Need FSAR change to incorporate seismic qualification information for the radiation monitoring system into chapter 3.10.
