RE: phone call with Oconee resident inspector ok sounds good.
Do you all know why the licensee could not repair the leaking pipe within the LCO of 45 days? In the phone calls Duke provided the story why they cannot repair the leak in 45 days but I don't remember. My acting branch chief Jay Collins was asking me about it today.
Also I never got an answer from Duke as to the repair schedule, e.g., when the repair will start [I think they have started the repair] and when the repair will be completed.
