In case you did not get the RAI, I am sending this again for early response. The reviewer is anxious to complete the action in timely fashion.
The NRC staff has reviewed the information provided by STP NOC for South Texas Project Units 1 and 2, in its letter dated September 20, 2010, and has determined that additional information is necessary to complete the review of Relief Request RR-ENG-3-02.
The attached request for additional information addresses the information necessary to complete our review.
In order to complete the evaluation of this relief request by the agreed upon schedule, we request the licensee provide a response to the request for additional information by January 15, 2011.
