WATTS BAR NUCLEAR PLANT (WBN) UNIT 2 - REFURBISHMENT PROGRAM AND LICENSING BASIS PRESERVATION SELF ASSESSMENTS The purpose of this letter is to notify NRC that TVA has completed self assessments for the Refurbishment Program and Licensing Basis Preservation activities and that the records are available at the Watts Bar Nuclear site for review/audit.
