ADVISORY COMMITTEE ON REACTOR SAFEGUARDS REVIEW OF THE PALO VERDE NUCLEAR GENERATING STATION, UNITS 1, 2, AND 3, LICENSE RENEWAL APPLICATION - SAFETY EVALUATION REPORT The license renewal staff and technical branches have completed their review of the Arizona Public Service Company, Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station, Units 1, 2, and 3 (PVNGS),
license renewal application (LRA) and have issued the Safety Evaluation Report Related to the License Renewal of the Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station, Units 1, 2, and 3. We request that the Advisory Committee on Reactor Safeguards (ACRS) review the staff safety evaluation for the PVNGS LRA. The Safety Evaluation Report is currently scheduled for review by the ACRS Full Committee on February 10, 2011. The required copies of the pertinent documents have been delivered to the ACRS.
