Coleman Energy Northwest PO Box 968 Richland, Washington 99352 Re: Columbia Generating Station License Log No.: 121007-20-NRC Dear Me. Coleman; Thank you for contacting our department. We have reviewed the materials you provided for the proposed revised Area of Potential Effect (APE) for the Columbia Generating Station License Renewal at the Hanford Site, Benton County, Washington.

We concur with your proposed revised Area of Potential Effect (APE) as described in the accompanying text as excluding the Transmission Lines Routing because BPA controls the Line.
