Dear Sir or Madam:
By Reference 1, Entergy Operations, Inc., submitted a request to allow movement of spent fuel pool gates over the irradiated fuel storage racks for maintenance. It has been subsequently determined that the rigging plan developed in support of that request requires further analysis. Accordingly, Entergy hereby withdraws that amendment request.
